I executed a service closure or closed my account but would now like to take advantage of your offers again, am I able to reopen my account?

If you executed a service closure on a specific product (casino) you will not be able to open it again before the specified blockage period expires. Once this period has expired (1 week/1 month/3 months/6 months/specified date), the account will automatically be re-opened. If the account is blocked or closed for an unlimited period of time, it will be blocked for a minimum of six months and will not be re-opened automatically.
